Way to success - building good test strategyTuesday June 4

Complexity is one of the main challenges in IT projects. In most cases, projects involve many stakeholders, dozens of requirements, many activities to be performed to deliver the expected value. The testing process is not an exception - it can be complicated too.

Testing considers typically both functional and nonfunctional aspects, different levels of testing, various types of testing, and many techniques and approaches that can be used. How to plan the process to be able to control the scope and progress of work, to communicate effectively with stakeholders and ensure the real value is delivered? How to establish a strategy allowing to meet testing goals? The main goal of this workshop is to present the process of creating a strategy for managing test effort in IT projects.
